SM2 Request: give us your feedback

Every so often Aaron and I sit down and discuss the ways we could improve SM2 from a user standpoint. This proves to be a difficult task as it usually becomes a guessing game. It is hard for us to distance ourselves from the application, or at least enough to really have the mindset of a new user.

I thought it would be beneficial to ask the community their views. We listen closely to user feedback about SM2, and most of our features have come by request. So please, if you have any thoughts about something you feel SM2 may be missing, let us know.
